The Major Group is responsible for our production (sound, lights and staging), stage management, site coordination & advancing of various concerts. The artists involved range from Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Hank Williams Jr. and Clint Black to those local artists that are the backbone of our stations. The venues have ranged from the parking lot of a Napa Auto Parts store to the airport, the Casinos, Ford Center for Performing Arts in Dearborn, Cobo Arena and Ford Field. The Major Group provides us with a winning attitude and the ability to execute concerts and events at a superlative level without any disruptions or problems. From everyone at Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit, a sincere “thank you” for your special efforts in helping Goodwill make our concert of last week a success. The ultimate test of any concert event’s relevance is if your audience reacts positively to the presentation. Without question, our attendees enthusiastically expressed their enjoyment throughout the entire evening. The carnival was extremely clean in appearance, well run and manned by friendly, courteous attendants. All the rides were very current and well maintained. The concession stands were spotless and the food was excellent. In addition to “a world class carnival”, Brian Major provided a fireworks display which was 30 minutes in length and received rave reviews from the residents of Allen Park. Brian Major was a pleasure to work with and delivered what he had promised. We will continue our relationship with The Major Group/Brian Major based on his outstanding performance!
